pd88 Terms and Conditions

The following eligibility conditions must be met to use the pd88 platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This platform is for people aged 21 and above only.
• You must be a legal individual who has the right to participate in online gaming services.
• You are placing bets on your own behalf and with your own money, not on behalf of anyone else.
• You must use this platform in a fully sound mental state and of your own free will.
• Your name must not appear on any of pd88's prohibited user lists.

pd88 reserves the right to request age verification at any time. A national identity card, passport or other government-issued document may be required for verification. Account activity may be restricted until age verification is complete.

The following conditions must be followed to create and manage a valid account on pd88:

2.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may open only one account. If the same person holds multiple accounts, those accounts will be closed and the accumulated balance may be forfeited.

2.2 Providing Accurate Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be true, accurate and complete. Providing incorrect or false information is prohibited and may result in account cancellation. Any changes to your information must be reported to the support team immediately.

2.3 KYC Verification

pd88 follows a KYC (Know Your Customer) process for security purposes. Verification of identity and address may be requested before withdrawals or significant betting activity.

Keeping your account secure is your own responsibility. Always keep the following in mind:

• Never share your password with anyone.
• Use a strong password and change it regularly.
• If you log in from a public or shared device, always log out at the end of your session.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify the support team immediately.
• pd88 will never ask for your password via email or message.

pd88 will not be held responsible for any loss resulting from a failure to keep your account secure. You are responsible for all activity carried out under your account.

4.1 Deposits

The following methods are accepted for depositing funds on pd88: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 (three hundred taka). Deposited funds will be added to the account balance after successful verification.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). Withdrawal processing typically takes 5 to 30 minutes. Verification must be completed before a withdrawal request can be processed.

4.3 Transaction Policy

• Withdrawals are generally processed using the same method through which the deposit was made.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted — the withdrawal method must be registered in the name of the account holder.
• Large transactions may require additional verification in accordance with anti-money laundering policy.
• In the case of suspicious transactions, pd88 may temporarily suspend processing for investigation.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members on pd88 will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. To receive this bonus, a first deposit must be made after registration.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times (15x). This means you must place bets equal to the bonus amount multiplied by 15 before making a withdrawal. For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳15,000 in bets before withdrawing.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own expiry period — expired bonuses will be cancelled automatically.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless stated otherwise in a specific offer.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another user.
• pd88 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, pd88 may cancel the bonus and suspend the account if necessary.

5.4 VIP Program

The pd88 VIP program has four tiers. Promotion is earned through regular play:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback of up to 0.4%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback of up to 0.8%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 1.1%.
• Platinum: Weekly cashback of up to 1.5%.

Cashback amounts and promotion conditions are determined at pd88's discretion and are subject to change.

6.1 General Betting Rules

Once a bet is placed it becomes final and generally cannot be changed or cancelled. If a technical issue (network disconnection) occurs while placing a bet, only the bet that has been conclusively confirmed will be considered valid.

6.2 Sports Betting

The following rules apply to betting on cricket, football, kabaddi and other sports:

• Bets placed before a match begins are treated as pre-match bets.
• In-play bets placed during a match are governed by separate rules.
• If a match is cancelled or abandoned midway, the decision of the relevant sports authority is final in determining the bet outcome.
• Separate detailed rules apply for all tournaments including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup and ICC Championships.

6.3 Casino Games

For live casino and slot games, each game has its own rules as stated in the game interface. If a technical error occurs in the game provider's software, pd88 reserves the right to void bets for the affected round.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pd88 platform:

• Money Laundering: Using the pd88 platform for money laundering is strictly prohibited and is a criminal offence.
• Fraud: Using a false identity, fake documents or deceptive methods.
• Bots and Automation: Using automated software, bots or scripts for gaming or betting.
• Collusion: Conspiring with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• System Exploitation: Intentionally exploiting technical errors or bugs.
• Underage Access: Allowing anyone under the age of 21 to use an account.
• Account Selling: Selling, transferring or leasing your account to another person.
• Illegal Activity: Any activity that violates applicable laws.

Involvement in any of the prohibited activities listed above will result in permanent account closure and the balance may be forfeited. Relevant authorities may also be notified if required.

8.1 pd88's Rights

pd88 may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of these terms and conditions.
• Suspicion of fraud or money laundering.
• KYC verification is incomplete.
• By order of a court or law enforcement agency.
• At the user's own self-exclusion request.

8.2 User Rights

You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting the support team. An opportunity to withdraw any valid balance will be provided before the account is closed, unless the balance has been forfeited due to fraud or a breach of the rules.
